{ Homeware+Gifts }

We hope you love your Olive+Daisy items, however if for any reason you need to return it please contact us within 7 working days of receiving it. Items will only be refunded if they are returned in an undamaged, unused saleable state. Postage & packing is non refundable. 

Items made to bespoke requests are non refundable.

{ Fabric }

If you have purchased fabric and simply want to return this because you no longer want it, then due to this item being cut specifically to your requirement we are unable to refund cut lengths of fabric. It is very important that on receipt of your fabric you check it over thoroughly. If you believe there to be a fault then please contact us at oliveanddaisy@outlook.com within 7 days of receipt. Fabrics that have been cut, washed or has printed as a bespoke order are non-refundable. 

Postage & packing is non refundable.

{ Wallpaper }

Our wallpapers are printed to order and as such colours may differ slightly from samples.  Please make sure you are certain of quantities needed, as different printing batches may differ from one another. Please note that should you over order, excess full rolls are non-returnable.

CHRISTMAS:

Last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Friday 7th December.

Our workshop will close on 15th December and reopen on Thursday 3rd January. Any orders placed during this period will be processed on our return.

Please expect the following lead times for orders:

2-3 weeks for fabric orders

3-4 weeks for wallpaper orders

1-2 weeks on all gift+homeware orders
