{ Homeware+Gifts }

We hope you love your Olive+Daisy items, however if for any reason you need to return it please contact us within 7 working days of receiving it. Items will only be refunded if they are returned in an undamaged, unused saleable state. Postage & packing is non refundable. 

Items made to bespoke requests are non refundable.

{ Fabric }

If you have purchased fabric and simply want to return this because you no longer want it, then due to this item being cut specifically to your requirement we are unable to refund cut lengths of fabric. It is very important that on receipt of your fabric you check it over thoroughly. If you believe there to be a fault then please contact us at oliveanddaisy@outlook.com within 7 days of receipt. Fabrics that have been cut, washed or have been printed as a bespoke order are non-refundable. 

Postage & packing is non refundable.

{ Wallpaper }

Our wallpapers are printed to order and as such colours may differ slightly from samples.  Please make sure you are certain of quantities needed, as different printing batches may differ from one another. Please note that should you over order, excess full rolls are non-returnable. 

Delivery:  

Please expect the following lead times for orders:

2-3 weeks for fabric orders

3-4 weeks for wallpaper orders

1-2 weeks on all bespoke gift+homeware orders

Made to Measure deliveries will be communicated at the point of quoting 

Shipping Information:

Shipping costs have risen dramatically and sadly we have therefore had to raise our delivery charges. Domestic orders will be sent 2nd Class Royal Mail, fabric orders over 3m will be sent on the roll using Parcelforce.

European and International sample orders will be posted using Royal Mail Standard International Service. All other orders will be sent via a tracked service.
